Overview

Our firm was founded in 1996 by Ed Croft and Ted Bender, each having spent more than 20 years as investment bankers at The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc., a large, Atlanta-based investment banking and brokerage firm. The two saw an opportunity in the marketplace to utilize the experience and relationships they had developed while completing over 1,000 corporate finance engagements in a wide range of industries to help middle-market and emerging growth companies achieve their financial and strategic goals.
