Edward S. Croft, III

Managing Director

Prior to co-founding Croft & Bender in 1996, Mr. Croft was a Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Department at The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc. and was a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Croft joined Robinson-Humphrey in 1971 and played an important role in building the firm into a leading investment bank in the Southeast. Mr. Croft has been involved in many industries, including technology, healthcare, communications, retailing, manufacturing, distribution and services. Prior to joining Robinson-Humphrey, Mr. Croft worked for White, Weld & Co. in New York and also served for two years as an officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Croft has served and continues to serve on the Boards of several corporations. He also served as a member of the NASD Corporate Finance Committee for several years.

Mr. Croft is also a Managing Partner of C&B Capital, a growth equity fund affiliated with Croft & Bender.

Mr. Croft received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Washington & Lee University.

Theodore J. Bender, III

Managing Director

Prior to co-founding Croft & Bender in 1996, Mr. Bender was a Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Department at The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc. and was a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Bender joined Robinson-Humphrey in 1976, and during his tenure he founded and led several industry practice groups. Mr. Bender has been involved in virtually all types of transactions with companies in many industries, including general manufacturing, healthcare, technology, restaurants, insurance, banking, and business services. Mr. Bender has served and continues to serve on the Boards of several corporations.

Mr. Bender is also a Managing Partner of C&B Capital, a growth equity fund affiliated with Croft & Bender.

Mr. Bender received a B.S. from the University of Alabama and currently serves on the University's Entrepreneurship Institute Advisory Board.

Ronald B. Goldman

Managing Director

Mr. Goldman joined Croft & Bender in 1997. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Goldman was initially an Analyst and then an Associate in the Corporate Finance Department at The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc. Mr. Goldman has substantial experience in mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and public offerings, and has been involved in a wide range of industries.

Mr. Goldman is also a Partner of C&B Capital, a growth equity fund affiliated with Croft & Bender.

Mr. Goldman received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Management, magna cum laude, from Tulane University.

Frank H. "Bo" Briggs, III

Managing Director

Prior to joining Croft & Bender in 1998, Mr. Briggs worked for two years as a Financial Analyst with The Breckenridge Group, Inc., an Atlanta-based mergers and acquisitions boutique. Prior to joining Breckenridge, Mr. Briggs worked for SunTrust Banks, Inc. in its corporate banking division. Mr. Briggs has experience in mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and debt transactions. Mr. Briggs serves on the Board of Directors for VCG, Inc.

Mr. Briggs is also a Partner of C&B Capital, a growth equity fund affiliated with Croft & Bender.

Mr. Briggs received a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia

Steve B. Tye

Managing Director

Prior to joining Croft & Bender in 2004, Mr. Tye was Director of Operations and Corporate Development with ITC Financial Services, where he helped formulate and execute on the strategic direction of a startup prepaid financial services company. Prior to ITC, he was an Associate with Credit Suisse First Boston where he advised companies on mergers, acquisitions and all types of private and public debt and equity offerings over a wide range of industries, including technology, retail, and packaging. He has also worked as a Summer Associate in the Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette investment banking group and as a Financial Analyst at First Union Securities (formerly Wheat First Butcher Singer).

Mr. Tye is also a Partner of C&B Capital, a growth equity fund affiliated with Croft & Bender.

Mr. Tye received an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.S. with Special Attainments in Commerce, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University.

Nathan A. Barbour

Vice President

Mr. Barbour served as an Analyst and Associate with Croft & Bender from 2001 to 2005 and returned to Croft & Bender in 2007 after receiving his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Croft & Bender, Mr. Barbour was an Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he advised middle market clients on mergers, acquisitions and public and private debt and equity transactions.

Mr. Barbour received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and received a B.S. in Business Administration, with Highest Distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar.

Erik M. Zalenski

Vice President

Mr. Zalenski joined Croft & Bender in 2007 after receiving his M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. During the summer of 2006, he worked as a Summer Associate for Rothschild's Merger and Acquisition group. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Zalenski was an Associate in SunTrust Robinson Humphrey's Capital Markets division where he focused on multi-product debt and equity transactions.

Mr. Zalenski received an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.B.A. in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia Honors Program.

R. Neale Fisher

Vice President

Mr. Fisher joined Croft & Bender in 2010. Prior to joining Croft & Bender, Mr. Fisher was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department at William Blair & Company, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and public offerings. During the summer of 2005, Mr. Fisher was an Associate in Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking division where he focused on merger and acquisition transactions. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Fisher was a Senior Manager in the Strategic Planning and Business Development division of American Express, focused on both the credit card and financial services business units. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Fisher was a Consultant with Mitchell Madison Group, where he focused on strategy implementation for clients in a variety of industries.

Mr. Fisher received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Georgetown University.

Kyle C. Schickner

Associate

Mr. Schickner joined Croft & Bender in 2008. Prior to joining Croft & Bender, Mr. Schickner was an Analyst in RBC Capital Markets' Consumer Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Schickner received his B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia Honors Program.

Kyle B. Finegan

Senior Analyst

Mr. Finegan joined Croft & Bender in 2008. He received his B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia Honors Program.

Joe M. Shirley

Analyst

Mr. Shirley joined Croft & Bender in 2010. Prior to joining Croft & Bender, Mr. Shirley was a Business Analyst at World Triathlon Corporation. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Shirley was an Analyst with Harris Williams & Co.

Mr. Shirley received his B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Dunn joined Croft & Bender in 2009. He received his B.B.A. in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
