Situation
Croft & Bender was approached by an experienced management team who was interested in making acquisitions in the money transfer industry. Croft & Bender suggested to management to first identify a platform company and that we could then assist in raising the capital and structuring the transaction.

Result
Croft & Bender enabled the acquisition of Vigo with equity from Great Hill Partners. C&B Capital also participated in the equity portion of the transaction.
