The Company operates a network of post-acute care facilities in South Texas and Louisiana, serving patients that require specialized services for their recovery but, due to their medical complexity and duration of required care, cannot be efficiently managed or administered in a typical acute care setting.

Situation
Post Acute Medical engaged Croft & Bender to assist the Company in its efforts to raise capital in order to develop and acquire specialty hospitals, to recapitalize existing debt, and to strengthen its working capital position. Croft & Bender led the Company through a process that included identifying potential partners, drafting the offering memorandum and related materials, marketing the Company, evaluating offers, selecting a partner, and negotiating the transaction.

Result
Croft & Bender generated a competitive process with several attractive financing alternatives, and the Company completed a Senior Term Loan and Revolving Credit Facility with MidCap Financial.
