Croft & Bender was engaged to advise GB Group on its strategy and approach in acquiring IDology. Croft & Bender worked with GB Group to analyze the market and perform a valuation analysis that was used to support a final offer. Once GB Group was selected as the buyer, Croft & Bender supported the Company throughout confirmatory diligence, including negotiating the final definitive documentation.

Croft & Bender successfully negotiated the $300 million acquisition of IDology by GB Group.
