Situation
Croft & Bender was hired to represent the Company in a growth recapitalization transaction, allowing shareholders an opportunity to liquidate a portion of their ownership, while also obtaining growth capital to expand the current business.
Result
Croft & Bender successfully negotiated the growth recapitalization of the Company which was led by August Capital and included existing institutional investors, Adams Street Partners, Baird Venture Partners, and C&B Capital.
