The Company approached Croft & Bender after it received a preemptive offer to be acquired by a strategic buyer. Croft & Bender was engaged to negotiate the initial offer, evaluate other strategic alternatives, manage the diligence process and negotiate the transaction.

Result
Croft & Bender successfully negotiated the sale of the Company to Fidelity National Financial.
