About
Movero is a leading provider of Communications Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) solutions, which include Managed Mobility Services (“MMS”), Fixed and Mobile Telecom Expense Management (“TEM”) solutions, and Mobile Device Management (“MDM”).

Situation
The Company was owned by an investor group consisting of venture capital funds, who had originally invested in separate businesses and subsequently combined them to form Movero. Croft & Bender spoke with a broad array of private equity and strategic buyers with interest in and adjacent to the CLM space.

Result
Croft & Bender successfully negotiated the sale of the Company to ClearLake Capital, who had previously acquired mFormation Software Technologies and Veramark Technologies as part of a broader outsourced communication management strategy. The legacy Movero company currently operates as the managed mobility services component of Calero Software.
