Situation
Cameron & Barkley had previously contacted Hagemeyer P.P.S. North America, a subsidiary of a foreign traded Dutch company, after Hagemeyer had made a recent acquisition of a similar company in the United States. Cameron & Barkley believed that being part of a larger entity was in the best interests of the shareholders. Croft & Bender was hired by Cameron & Barkley to act as its financial advisor.
