Situation
The Company engaged Croft & Bender to help it evaluate strategic alternatives, including an equity investment or strategic sale of the business. Croft & Bender worked with the Company to build a financial model, develop marketing materials, conduct management presentations, manage the diligence process and negotiate with interested parties.
Result
Croft & Bender successfully negotiated the recapitalization of the Company by Clearview Capital.
