Situation
Management approached Croft & Bender to assist the management team in its buyout of APCO from Ford Motor Company. Croft & Bender was hired to assist in choosing an equity partner and to negotiate management’s equity package.

Croft & Bender successfully assisted the management team of APCO in completing the purchase of 100% of the company from Ford Motor Company.
