Croft & Bender, an Atlanta-based investment banking firm, is pleased to announce the successful sale of Tiger Team Roofing, Inc. ("Tiger Team" or the "Company"), to Canopy Services ("Canopy"), a portfolio company of Trivest Partners ("Trivest").
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Tamarac, FL, Tiger Team is a leading provider of roof replacement, repair, and maintenance services. The Company offers tile, metal, and shingle roofing to residential customers in Southeast Florida.
Following the transaction, President Gary Chester will continue to lead the Company and is excited about the growth opportunities in partnership with Canopy and Trivest.
