Situation
Arcapita, the private equity owner of PODS, approached Croft & Bender to facilitate a multi-phase franchisee acquisition initiative. Croft & Bender led the Company through two rounds of acquisitions which included contacting potential franchisee targets, reviewing and analyzing financials, negotiating letters-of-intent as well as the final definitive documentation.

Result
Croft & Bender successfully negotiated the purchase of multiple franchisee markets totaling approximately $15 million in EBITDA. C&B Capital also participated in the equity financing to support the acquisitions.
