W. David Gorsline, III

Mr. Gorsline joined Croft & Bender in 2026. Prior to joining Croft & Bender, Mr. Gorsline was a Director with The Lenox Group, a boutique investment bank based in Atlanta. At Lenox, Mr. Gorsline spent nearly a decade advising founder- and family-owned businesses, private equity groups, and public companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions. Prior to Lenox, Mr. Gorsline was an Analyst with Capitala Group, a Charlotte-based lower-middle market private equity firm. Over his career, Mr. Gorsline has completed a broad range of transactions across industrials, business services, healthcare, consumer, and technology end markets.

Mr. Gorsline is an active member of the Atlanta deal community. He is the Chairman of the Young Southern Capital Forum, a Founding Executive Committee member of the Alliance of M&A Advisors Atlanta Chapter, and a member of the ACG Atlanta Emerging Leaders Committee.

Mr. Gorsline graduated cum laude from Sewanee: The University of the South's Honors Business Program, with a B.A. in Political Science. At Sewanee, Mr. Gorsline completed the prestigious W.M. Polk's Business Program with distinction and was awarded a Carey Fellowship.
