Kevin Seo

Associate

Mr. Seo joined Croft & Bender in 2023. Prior to joining Croft & Bender, Mr. Seo worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs following its acquisition of GreenSky, Inc., a high-growth fintech company, where Mr. Seo served in a corporate development role. From 2017 to 2021, Mr. Seo worked on corporate strategy, M&A, and corporate venture capital at The Home Depot. Mr. Seo started his career at Deloitte Corporate Finance in investment banking.

Mr. Seo received an M.S. in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Economics and Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
